BODI+KAERU Performance Enhancement & Post Rehabilitation Training has a holistic approach to training.

BODI+KAERU is an integrated sports specific performance enhancement program, which consists of flexibility, mobility, cardio-respiratory, anaerobic, core, endurance, balance, plyometric, strength, power, agility, speed, timing, stability, reaction, safety, recovery, coordination, neuro-connectivity, focus, education, insight, nutrition, inspiration, and psychology.

We developed BODI+KAERU to help aging athletes and aging injured athletes achieve their desired performance goals by utilizing integrated movement that focuses on functional strength and neuro-muscular efficiency.

BODI+KAERU Online Training
Performance Enhancement Fitness Training may be performed using two different methods:

METHOD ONE

Asynchronous | Online Digital Training: What is asynchronous personal training”?

BODI+KAERU “Asynchronous Online Digital Training” is training performed using a tabloid, computer, or smartphone. This type of training is often referred to as virtual training, asynchronous training or off-site training, and BODI+KAERU uses secure cloud-based databases and personal training applications for access, administration, delivery, and analytics.
Asynchronous personal training is not performed “live”, so clients have the flexibility to literally be trained any place, anytime, anywhere in the world.

A client (You), and a trainer (Me), are in separate locations, and the workouts are “asynchronous”. (A client uses a customized, pre-designed, and pre-created training package/plan.

METHOD TWO

BODI+KAERU 1:1 Coaching & Training
Synchronous | Live & Virtual Coaching: What is Synchronous personal training”?


BODI+KAERU “Synchronous | Live & Virtual training performed either in person, OR using a tabloid, computer, or smartphone. This type of training can be virtual or on-site, and BODI+KAERU uses secure cloud-based databases and personal training applications for access, administration, delivery, and analytics.
Unlike Asynchronous personal training, Synchronous training IS performed “live”.
While this type of 1:1 training is not as flexible as asynchronous training, the sessions, interaction, and feedback are live.

A client (You), and a trainer (Me), may be in separate locations or the same location, and the workouts are “synchronous” (1:1).

Programs and Payments

Purchase online training and coaching safely and securely via debit or credit card (Stripe integration).
BODI+KAERU does not sell training or coaching “packages”. We sell ongoing health and wellness. Sessions must be purchased in advance of training or coaching.
